Back on Track Program for Sober Living Residents
Helping Sober Living Residents Rebuild Stability After a Return to Use

Recovery is a journey, and like any journey, it can include challenges along the way. A return to use is not a failure but rather an opportunity to learn, adjust, and continue moving forward. Instead of viewing it as a setback, we encourage individuals to see it as a moment to reflect on what led to the use and how to strengthen their support system and coping strategies.
At Stone River Recovery Center, we believe that healing happens through progress, not perfection. If someone experiences a return to use, our team is here to provide support without judgment, helping individuals regain their footing and continue toward lasting recovery. No matter where you are on your path, you are not alone — we’re here to walk with you.
Getting Back on Track
