If you or a loved one are dealing with a substance use disorder, Stone River Recovery Center in San Antonio, Texas, offers comprehensive treatment services, including detox, residential, and intensive outpatient. Our treatment program utilizes an evidence-based structured approach toward establishing a strong foundation in recovery. This program incorporates the essential components of 12-step recovery to focus on body, mind, and spirit with principles of honesty, open-mindedness, willingness, courage, and integrity.
